Do not place hot bowls, cups, etc. directly on the tray. It may leave a mark.
To clean, Use a squeezed cloth soaked in lukewarm water, wipe the tray, and dry it thoroughly.
If there is something wrong with the product, it can be exchanged/refunded within 7 days. When the product is opened, exchange/refund is not possible due to the nature of the handmade product.
